Terms and Conditions

General Terms

1. The PMB Kids Festival is organized by [Phindile Sokhela], hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer."

2. The festival will take place on [07 December 2024] at [Sportsground Unit1 opposite Sukuma Secondary School].

3. These terms and conditions apply to all attendees, including children, adults and caregivers.

Ticketing

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Tickets must be purchased online,shop or at the gate.

3. Children under 4 years old enter free.

4. Adults and children aged 5-35 require tickets.

5. Family Pack tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children.

Admission

1. Gates open at [10am].

2. Attendees must present valid tickets or proof of purchase.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

Safety and Security

1. Children remain the responsibility of their caregivers.

2. The Organizer provides a secure environment, but not individual supervision.

3. Attendees must adhere to festival rules and instructions.

Activities and Entertainment

1. Activities and entertainment subject to change without notice.

2. Some activities may have age or height restrictions.

3. The Organizer is not liable for injuries or damages.

Food and Beverages

1. Food and beverages available for purchase.

Photography and Videography

1. The Organizer reserves the right to photograph and videotape attendees.

2. Images may be used for marketing purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the festival.

2. Refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.

Liability

1. The Organizer is not liable for damages, injuries or losses.

2. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions are governed by South African law.

2. Disputes will be resolved through mediation.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

2. Refunds will be processed through original payment method.
