Revisiting the Rules of the game at the 2025 Pinion Agri Conference - Where innovation meets tradition
We are thrilled to invite you to the upcoming Agri Conference, where we will reexamine the foundational principles and key strategies that steer our industry forward. This event promises to invigorate and empower every member of the agricultural community through an immersive experience filled with thought-provoking discussions, expert insights, and exceptional networking opportunities.
Our day kicks off with Tom Dawson-Squibb, who will set the tone for the day with his insightful exploration of Performance Connections and how teams can maximize their potential together. Following this, we will host a workshop with the acclaimed Chantell llbury, co-author of three bestselling books on scenarios and strategy alongside Clem Sunter.
A delightful lunch will provide the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow attendees before we continue with an enriching session featuring speakers on crucial topics such as water availability in agriculture by James Cullis and the debate around carbon featuring Andrew Beckerling. We’ll conclude the day with a wrap-up session led by Pinion Advisory, ensuring that key takeaways and insights resonate long after the event.
To cap off an enriching day, join us for dinner where we’ll have the pleasure of hearing from Adi Birrell, who will share invaluable perspectives around managing outcomes in a high-performance environment.
On the morning of the 12th, we will divide into sector-specific groups for 2.5-hour focused sessions that will address critical issues within the dairy, beef, and fiber industries. We welcome citrus growers to join us for Day 1 of the Pinion Agri Conference, followed by an opportunity to explore more in-depth citrus topics at the CGA Summit in Gqeberha on Day 2 (12 March). For delegates in the dairy, beef, and fiber sectors, we will apply the insights gained from Day 1 to develop actionable, industry-specific outcomes, enabling delegates to transfer their learnings into practice.
We are excited to welcome you to a conference filled with knowledge and collaboration. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to the conversation shaping the future of agriculture.
