1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event venue, you ("Patron") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific rules displayed at the venue or communicated by staff.

2. Tickets and Admission
Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who behaves in an antisocial, disorderly, or threatening manner, or fails to comply with staff instructions.
Age Restrictions: Patrons must comply with age restrictions for films. Valid ID may be required. No refunds will be given if entry is refused due to age restrictions.
Security Checks: For safety, staff reserve the right to inspect bags or items brought into the venue.
3. Weather and Cancellation Policy
Weather Dependency: Outdoor cinema events are weather-dependent. The event may proceed in light rain.
Cancellation/Postponement: In the event of severe weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain) making it unsafe, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the screening.
Refunds: In case of cancellation by the organizer, tickets will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date. If the event proceeds but the patron chooses not to attend due to weather, no refund will be provided.
4. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Items: Strictly no open flames, candles, or fireworks.
Alcohol/Glass: Alcohol allowed only in plastic bottles/cups and no glass bottles allowed.
Behavior: No smoking/vaping in designated, non-smoking, or crowded areas. No loud music or disruption of the film.
Pets: Allowed.
5. Venue Rules and Property
Damage: Patrons must not damage, remove, or vandalize any vegetation or property belonging to the venue or the organizers.
Seating/Space: Patrons must remain within permitted, designated areas.
Personal Property: The organizers are not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged at the event.
Camp chairs are allowed for free
6. Recording and Privacy
Audio/Video: We will be filming and taking pictures of every patron as part of our marketing material.
Media Release: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, which may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizers and venue owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by patrons at the event.
