PENS DOWN FEST 2026 - TERMS & CONDITIONS

*1. EVENT DETAILS*

- *Date*: Friday, 04 December 2026

- *Venue*: LaMish Chillawt, Mookgophong

- *Organizers*: BAZOOKA & SUPER

*2. TICKETS*

- All tickets must be purchased through authorized outlets: Computicket online + Shoprite/Checkers tills, Bazooka, Super, Tebogo (for handy tickets) or at the gate.

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated by the organizers.

- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

- Duplicate tickets will not be accepted for entry.

- Ticket prices: Early Bird R30 [SOLD OUT], General R50, Gate R60, VIP R100, Cobox R20.

- VIP tickets have limited access and are subject to availability.

*3. AGE RESTRICTION & ENTRY*

- This is an *18+ event*.

- *NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SOLD TO PERSONS UNDER 18*. Valid ID required for entry and alcohol purchase.

- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry without reason.

- No weapons, drugs, glass bottles, or outside alcohol/cooler boxes allowed without paying Cobox fee.

*4. EVENT CONDUCT*

- By entering the venue you agree to abide by all venue and organizer rules.

- Disorderly, abusive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

- The organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.

*5. MEDIA & PRIVACY*

- By attending, you are allowed to photography, audio and video recording for promotional purposes.

- The event may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via Computicket.

*6. GENERAL*

- Event times and lineup are subject to change without notice.

- All sales are final.
