INDEMNITY
I hereby absolve Zwartkops Raceway and their members, servants and officials from all liability howsoever arising in connection with any happening connected with the right of entry to Zwartkops Raceway conferred upon me. I further indemnify Zwartkops Raceway and their members, servants and officials against any action arising out of the consent hereby granted. I agree that I and my dependants, heirs, administrators, executors or assigns shall have no claim whatsoever against the said Raceway and their members, servants and officials whether in respect of personal injury, death or property arising as aforesaid. By entering the property I acknowledge that motorsport is dangerous and that I am present at my own risk.
