1. Ticket Inclusions 1.1. The BotHot Steamer Bundle (R850 for Two) includes:
Two train tickets aboard the Overberg Explorer.
A grazing basket for two.
One bottle of Wagon Road Fynbos & Lime Sauvignon Blanc.
1.2. The BotHot Explorer Bundle (R445 per person) includes:
One train ticket aboard the Overberg Explorer.
A delicious pizza & wine pairing at Bot River Hotel.
1.3. Standard train tickets are available separately via Ceres Railways and do not include any hotel bundles.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the bundle.
2.2. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under the cancellation policy.
2.3. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment and boarding pass will be sent by Ceres Railways.
3. Train Travel & Event Participation
3.1. Train departure times are managed by Ceres Railways, and Bot River Hotel is not responsible for schedule changes or delays.
3.2. All food and wine pairings are served at Bot River Hotel and must be redeemed on the event date.
4. Liability & Indemnity
4.1. Bot River Hotel and event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.
4.2. Guests participate in train travel and event activities at their own risk.
5. Amendments & Force Majeure
5.1. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to event schedules or inclusions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), tickets may be transferred to a future event.
