Terms and Conditions​

​General​

- The event starts at 18h00​

- The event is at a fee(R150 and family package at a discount)​

- The event will be held on 09 November 2024 at Arrow Rest​

- The event is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, the event may be postponed .​

​Safety​

- Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and security.​

- Attendees must stay within designated areas.​

- No smoking or open flames allowed.​

- No pets allowed. ​

​Food and Drink​

- Food and drink will be available for purchase ​

- No outside food or drink allowed including water bottles.​

- No glass containers or alcohol is allowed.​

​Seating​

- Seating is first-come, first-served.​

- No reserved seating allowed.​

- Attendees must bring their own blankets or chairs.​

​Audio and Visual​

- The movie will be projected onto a large screen.​

- Sound will be amplified through speakers.​

- No recording devices allowed.​

​Conduct​

- Attendees must be respectful of others and refrain from using profanity or engaging in disruptive behavior.​

- No solicitation or distribution of materials allowed.​

​Liability​

- The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.​

- The event organizers are not responsible for injuries or damages.​

​Photography​

- Attendees may be photographed for promotional purposes.​

- By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed.​

​Refunds​

- No refunds will be given in case of cancellation or postponement due to weather conditions.​
