These Terms and Conditions govern all ticket purchases and attendance for the Outdoor Family Movie Night Experience with Doppio Zero Polokwane, taking place on Friday, 12 December 2025 at Doppio Zero Polokwane, Farmyard Trading Post, Bendor, Polokwane, 0700. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1.1. Tickets are available exclusively through Computicket and Doppio Zero Polokwane. 1.2. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event. Ticket sales close on 12 December 2025 at 12:00 PM (Midday). 1.3. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of official cancellation by the organizers. 1.4. Exchanges and upgrades are permitted (subject to availability). Downgrades are not allowed. 1.5. Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented at entry, either digitally or printed. 1.6. Valid identification may be requested at entry for verification of ticket type (Adult or Child). 1.7. Tickets purchased via unauthorized sellers or third parties will be considered invalid, and entry may be denied. 1.8. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of tickets sold per person to prevent unauthorized reselling or scalping.
2.1. Gates will open 30 minutes before the event start time. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth check-in. 2.2. The event will take place outdoors. Attendees are advised to dress comfortably and according to weather conditions. 2.3. Attendees must comply with all venue policies, security instructions, and signage. 2.4. No outside food, beverages, alcohol, or glass items will be permitted inside the venue. 2.5. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the venue for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without refund. 2.6. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 2.7. Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.
3.1. The event is designed to proceed rain or shine, provided safety conditions allow. 3.2. In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled to a later date. 3.3. If rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling. 3.4. Any changes or updates will be communicated via email, social media, and official Computicket notifications.
4.1. The safety and comfort of all guests are a top priority. 4.2. The event site will be staffed with security personnel and first-aid responders. 4.3. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property, except where negligence can be proven. 4.4. The venue is wheelchair accessible and offers safe parking for all guests. 4.5. Attendees may be subject to bag checks at entry for safety reasons.
5.1. By entering the event, attendees acknowledge and consent that photography and video recording will take place for promotional and archival purposes. 5.2. Attendees may appear in such media without compensation or notification. 5.3. All personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and used solely for event-related communication.
6.1. Snack packages are optional and not included in the base ticket price. 6.2. All snack packages and food items must be pre-purchased through Computicket or Doppio Zero Polokwane. 6.3. Food and beverage selections are subject to availability and may vary slightly on the day of the event. 6.4. No outside catering, coolers, or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the venue.
7.1. The organizers, venue, and associated partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 7.2. Attendees participate and attend the event at their own risk. 7.3. The organizers reserve the right to alter or amend event content, lineup, or layout as necessary. 7.4. Should the event be canceled due to factors beyond the organizers’ control (force majeure), the organizers will communicate rescheduling or credit options where applicable.
8.1. All event branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Doppio Zero Polokwane and Outdoor Movie Night Experience. 8.2. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of event materials or media is prohibited.
