Refund Policy:
In a case where the event is cancelled or postponed for whatever reason, clients can go to any Computicket Outlets to claim their refunds.
Free Parking
Parking will be available at the venue for free however car owners are responsible for their car's safety. The organisers of the OFKIDZFest will be held responsible for any damages or theft to clients cars.
Food Policy
Food Stalls will be available at the venue.
Cooler Box Policy
Cooler Box is allowed at the event at a charge of R100. NO BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE COOLER BOX.
Alcohol Policy
This is a KIDZ Festival, therefore ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE VENUE, however parents are allowed to bring their own and should exercise "responsible behaviour" at all times.
