INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Off White Utility Prize Giveaway which is valid from 20 July 2024 up to and including 05 October 2024 only. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Affiliates, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 20 July 2024 and ends on 05 October 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
How to Enter: Participants must follow the specified entry instructions, which may include purchasing of the online streaming show ticket that will automatically give the participants free entry to the giveaway. There is no limit to entry per eligible person for the draw and each eligible entrant can only win one prize. The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Winner Selection: -Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. -The drawing will take place within 5 working days after the entry period ends. -Winners will be notified via email and must respond within five working days to claim the prize. -If a winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner verification: The winner must provide his ticket, proof of residency, age and identity to claim the prize.
Prize collection: The winner must collect their prize from greenstone hill within 7 days.
Prizes: The prizes for the giveaway are as follows. A. one winner will receive a Opel Corse Utility with an approximate retail value of R95 000. B. One winner will receive a cash prize of R10 000. C. One winner will receive car wash accessories shampoos.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions:The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion.
The sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
The sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors of any kind which may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually.
Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the sponsor’s privacy policy
