All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled.
The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for misconduct or breach of these terms.
The Event is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older (or legal drinking age in the applicable jurisdiction).
Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry and alcohol service.
Alcohol will be served responsibly in accordance with local laws.
Intoxicated individuals may be refused service and/or removed from the Event without refund.
Do not drink and drive. Use designated drivers or transport services.
Attendees participate at their own risk.
Follow all safety instructions, signage, and directions from Event staff.
Notify staff immediately of any hazards, injuries, or emergencies.
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
Harassment, aggression, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct will result in removal without refund.
The Event promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Food vendors may offer products containing allergens.
Attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions and allergies.
The Event may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials without compensation.
The Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
The Event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the Event, except where caused by gross negligence.
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items are allowed.
Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
The Event schedule, venue, and participating vendors are subject to change without prior notice.
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the Event.
