Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

PARTY NXTLVL To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, all guests are expected to follow the rules below. 1. ENTRY & ACCESS * Valid tickets or approved entry are required. * No ticket, no entry. * Management reserves the right to refuse entry where necessary. * No re-entry unless permitted by management. * All guests must follow the event’s age restrictions. 2. STRICTLY PROHIBITED * No weapons or dangerous objects. * No fighting, violence or physical altercations. * No illegal substances or prohibited items. * No harassment, bullying or intimidation. * No disruptive or disrespectful behaviour. 3. GUEST CONDUCT * Respect all guests, staff, security and management. * No damaging or vandalising the venue. * No throwing objects or causing disturbances. * Follow all instructions given by security and event staff. 4. SECURITY & SAFETY * All guests may be subject to security checks, where legally permitted. * Security reserves the right to remove anyone breaking the rules. * Report suspicious or unsafe behaviour to security immediately. * Emergency exits must remain clear. 5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS * Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. * Management is not responsible for lost or unattended items, subject to applicable law. 6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA * Photography and video recording may take place during the event. * By attending, guests acknowledge that event footage may be used for promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws. 7. FINAL NOTICE * Anyone violating these rules may be denied entry or removed without a refund, subject to applicable consumer laws. * Management reserves the right to enforce these regulations to maintain a safe environment.
