Cooler boxes are permitted, provided they meet size restrictions (if applicable).
Glass containers are strictly prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to inspect cooler boxes for safety reasons.
Guests are encouraged to support on-site food vendors.
Approved food vendors will be available on-site.
Only authorised vendors may sell food or beverages at the event.
Outside commercial selling is prohibited without prior written approval from the organiser.
The organiser is not responsible for food quality, allergies, or vendor pricing.
Parking is available at the venue.
Parking is at the vehicle owner’s own risk.
The organiser is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles.
Guests must follow parking instructions and signage at all times.
This is a family-friendly and respectful environment.
Any form of disorderly conduct, harassment, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
Security and event staff instructions must be followed at all times.
Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
The movie screening is for private entertainment purposes only.
Recording, live streaming, or redistributing the film is strictly prohibited.
By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recordings that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser or event staff.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The organiser is not responsible for unsupervised minors.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program if necessary.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without a refund.
