1. Tickets & Entry

1.1 Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Each ticket permits single entry for one person only, unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizer.

1.4 No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

1.5 Attendees must present a valid ticket matching the ticket holder’s name at entry.

2. Event Details

2.1 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving disruptively, intoxicated, or in breach of venue rules.

2.2 “Unforgettable experience” is promotional language and not a guarantee of individual experience.

3. Liability

3.1 Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, and sponsors are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal property.

3.2 By entering, you consent to photography and videography for promotional use by Nogane Sound Services.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

4.1 No illegal substances and weapons permitted.

4.2 All attendees must comply with venue policies and South African law.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 The organizer is not liable for cancellation or delays due to weather, strikes, power failure, or other events beyond reasonable control. If cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refunded per clause 1.4.

7. Agreement

7.1 Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
