Terms and Conditions

Tickets for this Event are issued by the BSMC Group and are subject to the terms and conditions stated below:

1. In addition to the following terms and conditions, all attendees of the Event must also agree to the terms and conditions set by our ticket agent.

2. Entry to the Event will not be permitted without a valid ticket or pass.

3. To ensure the safety of all attendees, the venue management and the Organiser have the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they see fit.

4. It is important to check your tickets or passes upon purchase, as any mistakes cannot always be corrected.

5. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. In the event of rescheduling or relocation, the Organiser will provide options to either retain or exchange your tickets for the new date or location. If the Event is cancelled, you may have the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or receive a refund. Please be aware that Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are non-refundable in these situations. If you have opted for Ticket Refund Protection, this fee is also non-refundable.

7. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses in the event of rescheduling, relocation, change, or cancellation.

8. Any tickets or passes that have been defaced or altered will be considered void and the holder will be denied entry.

9. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If there is reason to believe that tickets have been resold, they will be invalidated and the holder will be denied entry.

10. There may be a maximum limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets that exceed this limit.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or change any part of the Event, including its content or timing, in circumstances beyond its control without any obligation.
