1. Agreement
By purchasing tickets or merchandise from Saint Drip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Ticket Transferability
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. However, Saint Drip is not responsible for any issues that arise from third-party transfers.
3. Monarch & Ambassador Ticket
Monarch & Ambassador ticket holders have the option to have their New Alchemy shirt delivered directly to them if they are unable to attend the event. A delivery fee of R100 applies. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed.
4. Event Changes
Saint Drip reserves the right to modify event details including date, time, venue, or line-up without prior notice. Ticket holders will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
5. Entry Conditions
Admission is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and compliance with venue policies. Saint Drip reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
6. Merchandise
All merchandise is subject to availability.
7. Liability
Saint Drip and its partners accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for event coordination and order fulfilment in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Tickets All ticket sales are final. Saint Drip does not offer refunds unless the event is officially cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the new attendee’s details for smooth entry.

Merchandise Returns We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, along with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
Return Conditions Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Processing Time - Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item or cancellation confirmation (in the case of an event cancellation).
