NEH TV Event Terms and Conditions
1. Event Registration: Participation in NEH TV events requires prior registration and payment (if applicable). Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and valid registration details.
2. No Refund Policy: All ticket purchases and registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or event postponements, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Event Changes: NEH TV reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time without prior notice. In such cases, NEH TV shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or expenses incurred by participants.
4. Admission: Entry to the event is subject to ticket validation and adherence to all event rules and security measures. NEH TV reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates rules or disrupts the event.
5. Liability: NEH TV shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the event, whether to persons or property.
6. Media and Photography: Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of images and recordings for promotional or archival purposes.
7. Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for following all health and safety guidelines provided by NEH TV and event staff.
8. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully. NEH TV reserves the right to revoke access to any individual who behaves inappropriately.
