Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

1. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for the specified date and time of the event only. They are non-transferable and may not be resold.

2. Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond the organizer's control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS. Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at the organizer's discretion.

4. Entry Requirements: Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (either printed or digital) for entry. IDs may be required for verification at the entrance. Failure to present a valid ticket or ID may result in denied entry.

5. Age Restrictions: This is a family-friendly event; however, attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific age restrictions for certain areas (e.g., alcohol sales) may apply.

6. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to event rules. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any person who disrupts the event or fails to comply with the code of conduct.

7. Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or outside food and drinks are allowed. Security reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings upon entry.

8. Liability: The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

9. Photography and Recording: By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or filmed, with the possibility of images and videos being used for promotional purposes.
