All refund and cancellation requests are managed directly by NativeChild. Please contact us at comms@nativechild.co with your order reference number for any refund queries. 3.1 Standard Refund Policy Refund Window Refund requests submitted more than 14 days before the event (before 18 April 2026) will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee. Refund requests submitted between 7 and 14 days before the event (18 April – 25 April 2026) will receive a 50% refund. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the event (after 25 April 2026) are not eligible for a refund. Tickets may be transferred to another person instead. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals on the day. 3.2 Event Postponement or Cancellation by NativeChild In the event of postponement due to circumstances beyond NativeChild's control (including severe weather, government directive, or force majeure), ticket holders will be offered either a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full credit toward a future NativeChild event. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 21 business days. NativeChild will not be liable for any consequential costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation) in the event of postponement or cancellation. 3.3 Medical or Emergency Refunds Attendees who are unable to attend due to a documented medical emergency may apply for a compassionate refund by submitting a written request and supporting documentation (e.g., doctor's certificate) to comms@nativechild.co. Compassionate refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No Gate Sales - No Exceptions Tickets will not be sold at the gate on event day under any circumstances. Attendees who arrive without a valid ticket will not be admitted. NativeChild strongly advises purchasing tickets well in advance of the event to avoid disappointment.
