1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Event” refers to the National Festival 2025.
1.2 “Organiser” refers to National Awards, its subsidiaries, partners, and authorised representatives.
1.3 “Ticketing Partner” refers to Computicket, including all associated online platforms and in-store outlets.
1.4 “Ticket Holder” refers to any individual who purchases or uses a ticket to attend the Event.
1.5 “Venue” refers to FNB Stadium, Johannesburg.
1.6 “Terms” means these Terms & Conditions governing all ticket purchases and attendance.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By purchasing a ticket through Computicket or entering the Event, the Ticket Holder agrees to abide by these Terms.
2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on official National Awards platforms.

3. TICKET PURCHASE & VALIDATION
3.1 All tickets must be purchased exclusively from Computicket’s official channels.
3.2 Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented digitally or printed for venue access.
3.3 Each ticket contains a unique barcode/QR code that permits a single entry.
3.4 Damaged, duplicated, altered, or counterfeit tickets will be denied.
3.5 The Organiser and Ticketing Partner reserve the right to verify identity upon entry.

4. PRICING & FEES
4.1 Ticket prices are determined by the Organiser and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Computicket’s standard service fees, convenience fees, and outlet fees apply to all purchases.
4.3 Prices displayed at point of sale are final and non-negotiable.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
5.1 No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased, except as required by South African consumer law.
5.2 In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5.3 If the Event is cancelled entirely, the refund process will be managed exclusively by Computicket in accordance with their policies.
5.4 Refunds will not be issued for:
Late arrivals
Inability to attend
Weather conditions
Artist line-up changes
Travel disruptions or personal circumstances

6. EVENT ENTRY & SECURITY
6.1 Entry will be allowed only to Ticket Holders with valid tickets.
6.2 Security screening, including bag checks, metal detection, and identification verification, may be conducted.
6.3 Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Weapons or hazardous objects
Outside food or alcohol
Illegal substances
Glass bottles
Drones or professional recording equipment
Any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person for:
Violent, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour
Intoxication
Non-compliance with Event rules
Refusal to undergo security screening

7. EVENT EXPERIENCE & PROGRAMME
7.1 The Event programme, artist line-up, and schedule are subject to change without notice.
7.2 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver a high-quality experience but does not guarantee specific performances or appearances.
7.3 The Organiser shall not be held liable for any part of the show being altered due to weather, technical issues, or safety concerns.

8. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
8.1 Attendance is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk.
8.2 The Organiser, Venue, and Ticketing Partner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or property destruction, except where unavoidable under South African law.
8.3 Medical assistance will be available onsite, and the Ticket Holder consents to the use of emergency medical services if required.

9. CHILDREN & AGE RESTRICTIONS
9.1 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
9.2 Age restrictions may apply to specific zones, VIP areas, or performances.

10. MEDIA RECORDING & USE OF LIKENESS
10.1 By entering the Event, the Ticket Holder grants the Organiser full rights to record, photograph, livestream, and broadcast their image.
10.2 These recordings may be used for advertising, media distribution, archival, and promotional purposes without compensation.

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorized vending or distribution of promotional material
Recording performances without permission
Unauthorized drones or airborne devices
Unsanctioned stage access or restricted-area access
Behaviour that threatens safety or disrupts the Event

12. LOST & STOLEN ITEMS
12.1 The Venue and Organiser do not accept responsibility for personal belongings.
12.2 Lost items may be reported to the Venue’s lost-and-found centre, but recovery is not guaranteed.

13. PARKING & TRANSPORT
13.1 Parking is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk.
13.2 The Organiser does not assume liability for vehicle damage, loss, towing, or theft.
13.3 Public transport and ride-share are strongly recommended to ease congestion.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
14.1 The Organiser is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Severe weather
Power outages
Strikes
Riots
Natural disasters
Government regulations
14.2 In such cases, refunds may not be offered unless required by law.

15. COMPUTICKET TERMS
15.1 All ticket purchases are additionally governed by Computicket’s own Terms & Conditions.
15.2 In case of conflict, the stricter condition between these Terms and Computicket’s policy shall prevail.

16. GOVERNING LAW
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
16.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in South African courts.
