All tickets purchased for the Xitsonga Music Awards (XMA 20) are strictly non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of personal plans, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend. In the event of a postponement, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled in its entirety, further communication regarding possible remedies will be issued by the organizers.
Parking
Only VIP ticket holders will have access to the demarcated parking area at the venue. General attendees are advised to make use of alternative parking facilities outside the venue, at their own cost and risk. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal belongings left in parked cars. We encourage early arrival to secure safe and convenient parking near the venue.
