By purchasing a ticket for the Mshaya Youth Hustle Market and/or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Tickets are valid only for the Mshaya Youth Hustle Market taking place on 24 October 2026 at Sarafina Hall.
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
Each ticket is valid for one person only.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or fraudulently reproduced.
Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be refused.
Presold tickets: R20.
Gate fee: R35.
Ticket availability is subject to the number of tickets made available for sale.
Gates open at 10:00.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a disruptive, threatening or unlawful manner.
All attendees must follow reasonable instructions from event staff and venue/security personnel.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, performers or activities where necessary.
Any significant changes to the event will be communicated through the official event communication channels where reasonably possible.
Ticket purchases are subject to the organiser's refund and cancellation policy and applicable South African law.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The organiser and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, to the extent permitted by law.
Photography, video and audio recording may take place during the event for event documentation and promotional purposes.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs or recordings.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, organisers, vendors, performers, staff and security.
Fighting, harassment, vandalism, unlawful behaviour or conduct that creates a safety risk may result in removal from the event without refund.
Vendors, performers and participants must comply with the instructions and requirements provided by the event organisers and venue.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable decisions regarding participation and event operations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
