Terms and Conditions for Selling Mr. Mpumalanga 2025 Grand Coronation Tickets

1. General Terms 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for the Mr. Mpumalanga 2025 Grand Coronation event, organized by the Admire Billy Malubana Foundation NPC. 

1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

1.3. The event details, including date, venue, and time, are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated through official channels. 

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

2.1. Tickets can be purchased online, through authorized vendors, or in person from designated sales points. 

2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Partial payments or reservations without full payment will not be accepted. 

2.3. Tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 

2.4. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as outlined in Section 6. 

3. Ticket Validity and Entry 

3.1. Each ticket admits one person and must be presented at the entrance for verification. 

3.2. Only tickets purchased from authorized sellers will be considered valid. Fraudulent or duplicated tickets will not be honored. 

3.3. Attendees must carry a valid identification document to confirm the authenticity of the ticket. 

4. Resale and Transfer

4.1. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than the original purchase price. 

4.2. Unauthorized resale or fraudulent distribution of tickets may result in cancellation without refund. 

4.3. Ticket transfers are permitted only with prior notification to the event organizers. 

5. Event Conduct and Liability

5.1. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior. 

5.2. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property. 

5.3. Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security protocols, and safety regulations. 

6. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds

6.1. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. 

6.2. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances. 

6.3. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event. 

7. Photography and Media Consent

7.1. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and media purposes. 

7.2. The organizers reserve the right to use event footage, including images of attendees, for marketing and publicity without prior notice or compensation.
