CANNABIS; MARULA & TASTE OF AFRICA EXPERIENCE
Join us for the MP Annual Insangu-Maganu Symposium, Expo & Culinary Festival, a unique event that celebrates the flavors and traditions of Africa through cannabis, marula, and a taste of the continent.
Experience the rich cultural heritage of Mpumalanga at the Lisango-Guma Cultural Village as we host the third edition of the Insangu (cannabis) - Maganu (marula) Exhibition and Culinary Festival. This event is designed to raise awareness, provide capacity-building opportunities, and showcase the economic potential of cannabis and marula products for local producers and communities.
The festival commences with a capacity-building workshop on Friday, May 3rd, focusing on policy issues, market opportunities, challenges, and synergies within the industry. On Saturday, May 4th, the main event unfolds with the delivery of marula brew to tribal authorities, traditional dance showcases, and an evening of music and gastronomy at the "Umgidzangoma" celebration.
