Tickets & Entry
Entry is strictly ticket-based. No ticket, no entry.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is cancelled.
Tickets must be presented at the gate (printed or digital).
Early-bird ticket prices are based on the month of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
Age Restrictions
This is an 18+ event.
No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed entry.
Valid ID may be requested at the gate.
Admission Policy
The event runs from 10:00 – 18:00.
Men are allowed entry from 16:00 onwards only.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with event rules, dress code, or conduct standards.
Dress Code
Theme: All White with a Colorful Doek.
Entry may be denied to guests not reasonably complying with the theme.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol will be sold on-site.
No alcohol may be brought into the venue.
Illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to search bags and cooler boxes.
Food & Picnic Policy
Picnic items are allowed unless otherwise stated by management.
Glass items are strictly prohibited.
Cooler boxes may be inspected at the entrance.
Safety & Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organisers, venue, sponsors, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and security.
Weather Conditions
This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is cancelled.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
Event footage may be used on social media, websites, and advertising platforms.
Behaviour & Conduct
Disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
Respect for fellow attendees, performers, and staff is required at all times.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, performers, or event details without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated via official event channels.
Lost Property
The organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lost property enquiries must be made on the day of the event.
