1. Ticketing and Entry
• Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. As per our policy, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• All-Inclusive Access: Your ticket covers gate entry, full access to event designated areas, and a set three-course meal.
• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission. Please present a valid digital or printed ticket at the gate for scanning.
2. Event Schedule and Capacity
• Punctuality: The luncheon will commence at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss specific courses of the meal.
• Seating: Tables are allocated based on booking size. While we strive to accommodate special requests, specific table placements cannot be guaranteed.
3. Health and Safety
• Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any severe allergies at least 7 days prior to the event. While we take precautions, meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.
• Liability: Guests attend the event at their own risk. Gija Boerdery and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any personal injury sustained on the premises.
4. Conduct and Environment
• Prohibited Items: No outside food, beverages, or alcohol may be brought onto the property.
• Photography: Professional photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in future marketing materials.
• Property Respect: Guests are requested to respect the natural surroundings and venue infrastructure. Any intentional damage to property will be billed to the responsible party.
