1. Ticket Purchase & Entry:

• All tickets must be purchased in advance through Computicket.

• Proof of ticket purchase must be presented for entry.

2. No Refund Policy:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Contact us in advance for transfers.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations:

• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation by the organizer, attendees will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.

4. Liability & Conduct:

• The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage of personal belongings during the event.

• Attendees must follow all event rules and respect the venue, staff, and fellow guests.

• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Photography & Media:

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be included in event media, please inform the organizer upon arrival.

6. Health & Safety:

• Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being.

• If feeling unwell, please refrain from attending for the safety of all guests.

7. Alcohol Policy:

• Alcohol will be available to guests of legal drinking age.

• The organizer has the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
