The Mosi-oa-Tunya Boot Camp 2026 (“the Event”) is a six-day immersive experience focused on physical fitness, mental health, and personal growth. By registering, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
The registration fee covers:
Transport from Livingstone Post Office to the Event Venue and back
Meals: 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches, and 5 dinners
Mud Run Obstacle Course participation
Bike Rides and Victoria Falls Tour
Branded Apparel (T-shirt and wristband)
Training Sessions on character development, mental health, relationships & marriage, and financial management
Camping Space (note: mattresses will be provided; participants are expected to come with camping tents)
Full payment must be made before 31 March, 2026 to secure participation.
Fees are non-refundable but transferable to another participant upon written notification before 15th April 2026.
Proof of payment must be presented during registration.
Participants must be 18 years or older and in good physical health.
Each participant must complete and sign a liability waiver before attending.
Participants are responsible for bringing personal essentials (toiletries, sleeping bag, water bottle, etc.).
Participants must adhere to all camp rules, schedules, and safety guidelines provided by organizers or facilitators.
The organizers prioritize participant safety; however, each participant attends at their own risk.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe may result in immediate dismissal from the event without refund.
Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on site.
Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to the event.
The organizers reserve the right to decline participation based on medical advice or safety concerns.
First aid will be available on-site; however, participants are encouraged to bring personal medication if needed.
By attending, participants grant the organizers the right to capture and use photographs or videos for promotional and marketing purposes across various media platforms.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health restrictions, or logistical challenges), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be communicated.
The organizers, sponsors, and facilitators shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event. Participants are advised to safeguard their belongings and ensure adequate personal insurance if desired.
By registering for the Mosi-oa-Tunya Boot Camp 2026, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
