Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for no-shows, late arrival, or change of mind.
Tickets are valid for one person only and may not be resold or duplicated.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
The Event programme, speakers, venue, and schedule may change without notice.
In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or rescheduled date at the Organiser’s discretion.
Attendance is at your own risk. The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to such use.
Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA.
