1. Ticket Purchase and Admission
All tickets must be purchased through the authorized platforms (e.g., Computicket) or designated ticket outlets.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Entry will only be granted upon presenting a valid ticket at the gate. Identification may be required for verification.
2. Age Restrictions
The event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification (ID, passport, or driver's license) must be presented at the entrance.
The VIP area and cooler box sections may have additional age restrictions.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only available up to 14 days before the event. See our Refund Policy for detailed information.
In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be provided to all ticket holders.
If the event is postponed, ticket holders may choose to keep their tickets for the new date or request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
4. Event Conduct and Safety
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
Security will be present to ensure the safety of all guests. Attendees must comply with all security checks and regulations.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and glass bottles.
5. Cooler Box and Alcohol Policy
Only cans of cider and beer are allowed in cooler boxes. No spirits or hard liquor are permitted.
A cooler box fee applies and is non-refundable once paid.
Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Overly intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave the event.
6. Liability
The event organizers, Black Child in Entertainment are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event unless directly caused by negligence on their part.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are advised to take care of their personal belongings.
7. Media and Photography
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. The event organizers reserve the right to use any photographs or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
Attendees are encouraged to share their event experiences on social media but must do so respectfully and without unauthorized commercial gain.
8. Changes to Event Details
The event schedule, lineup, and other details are subject to change without prior notice. Efforts will be made to inform ticket holders of any significant changes.
9. Vendors and Third-Party Services
Vendors must be pre-approved by the event organizers. Unauthorized vendors will be asked to leave.
The event organizers are not responsible for services or products provided by third-party vendors.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Mnquma Homecoming event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
