General Event Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Mkwesto & Nathist Birthday Celebration (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase and Admittance
* A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
* The event is open to persons aged 18 and older. The organizers reserve the right to request proof of age upon entry.
* Tickets are non-transferable, and resale is strictly prohibited.
* Admission is at the discretion of the organizers and venue staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive or fails to comply with these terms, without a refund.
2. Refund Policy
* A 50% refund of the ticket price will be issued for cancellations requested by ticket holders up to 7 days before the event date (September 6, 2025).
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
* In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be processed for all ticket holders.
* All refund requests must be submitted to snobsasekasi@gmail.com.
* Processing of refunds may take up to 3 business days.
3. Event Details and Changes
* The event is scheduled for September 6, 2025, at Entabeni One Stop.
* The organizers reserve the right to alter the event program, lineup, or schedule without prior notice.
4. Code of Conduct and Safety
* Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other attendees, artists, staff, and the venue property.
* Illegal substances, weapons, and any other items deemed dangerous are strictly prohibited.
* Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations as required by the venue or local authorities.
* The organizers and the venue are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
5. Photography and Videography
* By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and video recorded.
* The organizers reserve the right to use these photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media and in future marketing materials.
* Attendees may take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Liability
* The organizers, sponsors, and artists are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that may occur at the event.
* Attendance at the event is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
