MISS NKOMAZI RISE 2026 GRAND FINALE

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or attending the 3rd Annual Miss Nkomazi Rise Grand Finale (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), all ticket holders, guests, and attendees agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchases & Entry

1.1. Authorized Sellers: Tickets are exclusively sold through Computicket, Shoprite, Usave, and Checkers Money Market counters. Tickets acquired through unauthorized third parties or resellers will be invalid for entry.

1.2. Ticket Verification: Attendees must present a valid printed ticket or digital e-ticket with a scannable barcode at the entrance.

1.3. Admission Tiers:

• General Access (R150): Grants access to standard event seating and general areas.

• VIP Access (R320): Grants access to designated VIP premium seating and exclusive VIP perks.

1.4. No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of total event cancellation where no replacement date is provided.

2. Event Schedule & Timings

2.1. Red Carpet Opening: The official Red Carpet experience begins at 14:00.

2.2. Main Event Commencement: The official crowning showcase begins strictly at 15:00.

2.3. Late Arrivals: Organizers reserve the right to delay or restrict entry for late arrivals during official stage performances, judging rounds, or crowning announcements to prevent disruption.

3. Venue & Dress Code

3.1. Dress Code: The official dress code is Formal and Elegant. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or restrict access to designated high-tier areas (such as VIP) if an attendee's attire violates the event's formal standards.

3.2. Venue Updates: The event venue location will be officially communicated to ticket holders via Computicket notifications and official Miss Nkomazi Pageantry social channels prior to the event. Attendees are responsible for checking updates.

4. Code of Conduct & Security

4.1. Security Screenings: Security personnel reserve the right to conduct bag checks and security screenings at entry.

4.2. Prohibited Items: Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, glass containers, and disruptive noise-makers are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

4.3. Guest Decorum: Attendees must conduct themselves with respect toward all contestants, judges, staff, and fellow audience members. Heckling, vulgar language, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward any participant on or off stage will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

5. Media, Photography & Filming

5.1. Consent to Recording: By entering the event premises, attendees grant Miss Nkomazi Pageantry and its official media partners non-exclusive rights to record, photograph, broadcast, and publish their image or likeness in event coverage, promotional materials, and social media releases.

5.2. Personal Photography: Flash photography during official contestant judging presentations is restricted. Commercial photography or video recording equipment (e.g., professional DSLR rigs, tripods) is strictly prohibited without prior written media accreditation from Management.

6. Children & Minors

6.1. All children attending must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.

7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

7.1. Event Changes: Miss Nkomazi Pageantry reserves the right to adjust event schedules, guest appearances, or venue setups due to unforeseen circumstances or safety requirements.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: Neither Miss Nkomazi Pageantry, its directors, venue management, nor sponsors shall be held liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property incurred at or around the event venue.
