Terms and Conditions for Miss Barberton Pageant Event Sales

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets to the Miss Barberton Pageant event and the use of the event by the ticket holder. By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Sales and Availability

- All ticket sales are subject to availability.

- Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be exclusive of delivery fees.

- Event details, including descriptions and pricing, are provided by the event organizers.

3. Payment and Refunds

- Payment is required at the time of purchase.

- Cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled on a per-event basis.

- Organizers reserve the right to deny refunds at their discretion.

- A minimum admin fee may apply to refunds.

4. Ticket Usage

- Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold without authorization.

- Each ticket is valid for one entry only.

- Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

- Event organizers reserve the right to change event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup.

- In case of event cancellation, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizer.

6. Liability

- Computicket is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

- Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

- The Event Organiser retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Event, including all intellectual property rights.

8. Governing Law

- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
