By purchasing a ticket and attending Midnight Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organisers.

• Tickets are valid for one entry only.

• Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets will not be accepted.

• Strictly No Under 18s

• Right of admission is reserved.

• Club 012 and its affiliates will not be held liable for:

• any injuries

• loss or theft of personal belongings

• damage to property

• any incidents occurring at or around the event

🍻 Conduct

• No illegal substances allowed.

• No dangerous weapons or items allowed.

• Anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner will be removed without refund.

🌧️ Event Changes / Weather

• This is an outdoor event.

• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances:

• the event may be delayed, adjusted, or rescheduled

• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

🔄 Cancellation / Postponement

• If the event is postponed:

• tickets remain valid for the new date

• If fully cancelled:

• refund policy will be communicated

• By attending, you agree that:

• photos/videos may be taken

• content may be used for promotional purposes

• Club 012 reserves the right to:

• refuse entry

• remove attendees

• make changes to the event
