TERMS & CONDITIONS – MEN’S DAY BROTHERHOOD WALK & JITAS IMBIZO
1. Ticket Validity:
Each ticket admits one (1) individual only. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time of the event: 07 September 2025.
2. No Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable. No exchanges, cancellations, or returns will be accepted unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
3. Arrival & Registration:
All participants must arrive by 06h30 for registration. The fun walk will begin promptly at 07h00. Late arrivals may miss parts of the program and no compensation will be provided.
4. Ticket Types:
R150 Women’s Ticket includes fun walk participation only.
R300 Men’s Ticket includes fun walk, access to the Jitas Imbizo, lunch, and drinks.
Both ticket types include a free t-shirt and medal (collected on event day).
5. Dress Code:
Comfortable walking gear is advised for the fun walk. Attendees may bring a change of clothes for the imbizo segment. Media will be present, so dress accordingly.
6. Age Restriction:
This event is open to persons aged 16 years and older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Code of Conduct:
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior. No abusive language, violence, or intoxicated behavior will be tolerated. Offenders will be removed without refund.
8. Photography & Media:
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional and archival purposes by Jita 2 Jita Initiatives and its affiliates.
9. Indemnity:
Attendees participate at their own risk. Jita 2 Jita Initiatives, Computicket, sponsors, or affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage sustained at the event.
10. Event Changes:
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the integrity of the experience.
