TICKET REFUND POLICY All ticket sales are processed through Computicket and are subject to their terms and conditions. Refunds may be requested through Computicket; however, the following conditions apply: REFUND REQUESTS Refund requests must be submitted through Computicket Refunds are only considered prior to the event date Approved refunds may be subject to Computicket service and administration fees ORGANISER CONDITIONS Due to event planning, logistics, and limited capacity: Refund requests may be limited closer to the event date No refunds will be processed for no-shows or failure to attend CUT-OFF PERIOD Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the event Requests made after this period may not be approved TICKET TRANSFERS (RECOMMENDED OPTION) If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to: Transfer your ticket to another person Notify the organisers with updated attendee details EVENT CHANGES If the event date or venue changes: Your ticket will remain valid for the updated event Refunds may be considered in line with Computicket policies EVENT CANCELLATION If the event is cancelled by the organisers: Refunds will be processed through Computicket in accordance with their policy IMPORTANT Each ticket secures a reserved space, resources, and logistics planning. We encourage participants to confirm availability before purchasing.

PARKING POLICY Parking is available at the venue; however, space is limited and will be managed by the organisers. Participants are encouraged to carpool where possible to reduce congestion and support a smooth arrival process. All vehicles must be parked only in designated areas as directed by event staff and security personnel. No parking is permitted in restricted or unsafe areas. For safety and environmental reasons, vehicle access within the camp area will be limited. Once parked, participants may be required to carry their belongings to the camping area. Security will be present on-site throughout the event to monitor the parking area and overall venue. However, participants remain responsible for their own vehicles and belongings. The organisers and venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings. No loud music or disruptive behaviour is permitted in the parking area. Participants must follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and venue management at all times. Parking is at the owner’s risk. ARRIVAL NOTE Participants are required to arrive on time to allow for: Parking allocation Check-in and registration Group orientation and camp setup Late arrivals may disrupt the program and will be accommodated at the discretion of the organisers.
