Refund Eligibility • Early Bird Tickets: These tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. • General Admission Tickets: o Refunds are available only if requested at least one month prior to the event date. o Requests made less than one month before the event will not be eligible for a refund. • Gate Tickets: These tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances. 2. Include your ticket confirmation number and proof of purchase. • Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval. • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling • If Mellos Market is cancelled, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
