1.1. Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. 1.2. A valid ticket is required for entry. 1.3. Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the organizer. 1.4. Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced.
2.1. All attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry. 2.2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful. 2.3. Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
3.1. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 3.2. Valid identification may be requested at the venue.
The following items are not permitted:
Firearms or weapons of any kind
Illegal substances
Fireworks or explosives
Glass bottles
Dangerous objects deemed unsafe by security personnel
The organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.
5.1. Cooler boxes are permitted subject to payment of the applicable fee:
Small Cooler Box: R50
Large Cooler Box: R100 5.2. Security personnel may inspect cooler boxes upon entry.
6.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the event program, artist lineup, venue arrangements, or schedule without prior notice. 6.2. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refunds.
7.1. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. 7.2. The organizer may use such material for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation.
8.1. Attendance is at the attendee's own risk. 8.2. The organizer, sponsors, venue owners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or expense suffered by attendees. 8.3. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
9.1. The organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or public safety concerns. 9.2. In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the organizer's discretion.
10.1. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and instructions from event staff and security personnel. 10.2. Disorderly, violent, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
