### Terms & Conditions

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and event stated on the ticket.

• A valid ticket must be presented for entry.

• Right of admission is reserved.

• This is strictly an 18+ event. Valid identification may be required upon entry.

• Security searches may be conducted at the entrance.

• No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous materials, or dangerous items will be permitted on the premises.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by the venue or event management.

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Any disruptive, abusive, violent, or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue layout, artists, performers, hosts, or programme without prior notice.

• In the event of postponement, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise communicated.

• By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers, venue, sponsors, partners, and staff will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Attendance is entirely at the attendee's own risk. The organisers, venue, sponsors, partners, artists, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from attendance at the event.

• The organisers shall not be held responsible for cancellation, interruption, or postponement resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, power outages, public emergencies, or force majeure events.

• UNRELEASED SESSIONS is a curated listening experience. Attendees are requested to respect artists' unreleased material and refrain from unauthorized recording, distribution, or commercial use of any unreleased music presented during the event.

• By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
