EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry: All guests must present a valid ticket or meet the applicable entrance requirements.

2. Age Restriction: Guests must comply with the event’s age requirements. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.

3. Dress Code: No flip-flops or work suits. Management reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire.

4. Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by management.

5. VIP: VIP access is limited and subject to availability.

6. Security: All guests are subject to security checks upon entry. Weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

7. No Outside Drinks: Outside alcohol, beverages, or food may not be brought into the venue unless specifically authorised.

8. Responsible Behaviour: Fighting, harassment, vandalism, theft, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

9. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates the venue rules or poses a safety risk.

10. Event Changes: Management reserves the right to change the programme, performers, timings, or other event details when necessary.

11. Photography & Media: Guests may be photographed or recorded during the event for promotional and social-media purposes.

12. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Management accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

13. Safety: Guests must follow all instructions from security personnel and venue management.

14. Entry After Exit: Re-entry is only permitted where specifically authorised by management.

15. Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

West Palace Management reserves the right to update these terms where necessary to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event.
