Refund policy

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at djmapressa1@gmail.com or contact 0845355254 .Please include your ticket number and purchase details with your request. Deadline for Refunds: Refund requests will be accepted up to 30 days before the event date. We are unable to offer refunds after this deadline, as your attendance impacts many aspects of our planning and coordination. Processing Time: Refunds can take up to 14-21 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Mapressa Glamour and Fashion Show is canceled, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, if applicable. Non-refundable Costs: Please note, any processing or booking fees charged at the time of ticket purchase are non-refundable, as these are fees collected by third-party services. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, where holding the event becomes impossible or unsafe, the event may be postponed or canceled without prior notice. In such cases, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a refund, excluding any non-refundable fees. No Shows: Failure to attend the event for reasons not covered under our refund policy will not be eligible for a refund.
