Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold via Computicket and are subject to availability.
Each ticket is valid for one person only and for the specific event date, time, and venue stated.
Entry will only be granted with a valid Computicket ticket (printed or digital).
2. No Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, no-shows, or inability to attend.
Refunds are only applicable if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
3. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to:
Change the line-up (DJ’s or performers)
Adjust time schedules
Change venue if necessary
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
4. Ticket Validity & Entry
Tickets are only valid if purchased through official Computicket channels.
Fake, duplicated, or resold tickets will be rejected without refund.
Right of admission is reserved.
5. Safety & Conduct
Attendees must follow all venue rules and security instructions.
No violent, disruptive, or illegal behaviour will be allowed.
The organiser may remove anyone from the event without refund if rules are broken.
6. Resale & Transfer
Tickets may not be resold above face value or for profit without permission.
Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation.
7. Event Cancellation
If the event is fully cancelled, ticket holders will be refunded through Computicket, excluding service fees where applicable.
