Event Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the "Mantso OUTDOOR Experience, Vintage Edition" hosted by Percée Entertainment Village. We are excited to have you join us for an incredible outdoor music event. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees:
1. Event Details:
The event starts at 14:00 and will conclude at 04:00 on the 2nd of December 2023.
2. Admission Fees:
Guests wearing vintage clothing will be granted free entrance to the general section.
Guests not wearing vintage clothing must pay an entrance fee of R100 to access the general section.
Access to the limited VIP section is available for an entrance fee of R300.
3. Food, Snacks, and Beverages:
Food, snacks, alcoholic beverages, and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
Attendees are permitted to bring their own beverages but must purchase a cooler box ticket for R100 to gain access at the gate.
A VIP plus Cooler Box COMBO Ticket for the VIP section is available for R350.
4. Proof of Admission:
All attendees must have proof of admission, including wristbands, lanyards, or accreditation, to enter the event and designated sections.
Persons without proof of admission inside the venue will be removed by security personnel.
5. Lost Tickets:
Lost tickets will not be replaced, and admission will be denied without a valid ticket.
6. Prohibited Activities:
No person is allowed to sleep at the event.
No person is allowed to cause fights or engage in fighting. Security will eject individuals responsible for such behavior.
No weapons are allowed on the premises.
7. Age Restriction:
No persons under the age of 18 years are allowed at the venue.
8. Right of Admission Reserved:
The right of admission is reserved, and Percée Entertainment Village reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the event rules and regulations.
9. Safety and Security:
Security personnel and event staff are present to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.
