1. Admission and Tickets
Valid Tickets Required: Entry to Malapi Cartel is strictly granted to holders of valid tickets purchased through authorized channels. Counterfeit, tampered, or copied tickets will be rejected, and the holder will be denied entry or removed from the venue.
No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is officially canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers and security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed disorderly, aggressive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without a refund.
Age Restriction: Please ensure you comply with any specified age restrictions for the Event or designated VIP areas. Valid identification (ID, driver’s license, or passport) may be requested at the gate.
2. Security and Venue Regulations
Prohibited Items: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
Firearms, explosives, knives, or any other weapons or sharp objects.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unauthorized substances.
Glass bottles, cans, or outside alcohol (subject to venue policy).
Unauthorized professional camera equipment, recording devices, or drones without prior media accreditation.
Fireworks, flares, or hazardous materials.
Security Searches: All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry by authorized security personnel. Refusal to cooperate will result in denial of entry.
Liability for Personal Property: Attendees enter the venue entirely at their own risk. The organizers, artists, staff, and venue management accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property (including vehicles parked in designated parking areas).
3. Conduct and Behavior
Zero Tolerance Policy: Malapi Cartel promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, fighting, intimidation, or aggressive behavior of any kind targeting attendees, artists, staff, or security will result in immediate ejection from the venue and potential law enforcement involvement.
Compliance with Staff: Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions given by event marshals, security staff, and management personnel at all times.
4. Media and Photography Rights
Consent to Recording: By entering the Malapi Cartel venue, you grant the organizers, sponsors, and media partners the irrevocable right to use, capture, and broadcast your voice, image, and likeness in photographs, live streams, video recordings, and promotional materials without compensation or prior notice.
Personal Use Only: Photography and video recording using mobile devices are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Health, Safety, and Force Majeure
Health Precautions: Attendees are advised to take necessary personal safety and health precautions. If you feel unwell or require medical assistance, please locate the nearest security guard or medical station immediately.
Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform their obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, civil unrest, or acts of God. In the event of postponement or rescheduling due to force majeure, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date according to organizer announcements.
6. Indemnity
All attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malapi Cartel, its organizers, promoters, artists, sponsors, and venue owners from and against any claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their attendance at the Event.
