The Makhutsana Foundation Event Terms & Conditions
All registration and participation fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Participants are responsible for their own transport, accommodation, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
Any damage to venue property caused by a participant will be charged to the participant or their guardian.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Participants must follow all event rules and instructions. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or removal without refund.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the event schedule or rules if necessary.
By registering, participants grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
