Refund policy
LT Food Market – Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. 1. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets, missed attendance, late arrival, change of personal circumstances, or change of mind. 2. Tickets purchased through Computicket or any authorized ticketing platform remain non-refundable after purchase. 3. In the event of adverse weather conditions, tickets will remain non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers. 4. If the event is postponed, purchased tickets may remain valid for the new event date, subject to the organizers' discretion. 5. Lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten tickets will not be refunded. 6. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event programme, entertainment lineup, vendors, or activities without offering refunds. 7. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of LT Food Market management. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable and agree to this Refund Policy.
Parking
LT Food Market – Parking Policy 1. Parking is available in designated event parking areas and surrounding public parking spaces where permitted. 2. All vehicles must be parked legally and according to the directions of parking marshals, security personnel, and traffic regulations. 3. Parking is at the vehicle owner's sole risk. 4. LT Food Market, Stance_Culture.SA, event staff, sponsors, vendors, and the venue accept no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss, damage, accident, injury, or incident involving vehicles or personal belongings parked inside or outside the venue premises. 5. Attendees who choose to park on surrounding streets, public roads, or private property outside the venue do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. 6. Do not leave valuables visible inside your vehicle. 7. Vehicles parked in unauthorized, restricted, or illegal areas may be fined, clamped, or towed at the owner's expense. 8. No overnight parking is permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the organizers. 9. Emergency access routes, entrances, exits, and fire lanes must remain clear at all times. 10. Drivers must adhere to all traffic signs, speed limits, and instructions given by security personnel and parking marshals. 11. The organizers reserve the right to close, redirect, or limit access to parking areas when capacity is reached. By entering or parking at or around the event venue, vehicle owners and drivers acknowledge that they do so entirely at their own risk. LT Food Market shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from parking inside or outside the venue.
