Our Heart: We believe in excellence, stewardship, and honoring you, our guest. While event costs are incurred in advance, we have put this policy in place to be fair to both ticket holders and the ministry.1. CANCELLATION BY TICKET HOLDER We understand plans change. Refunds are subject to admin fees charged by Computicket: 1. 30+ days before the event: Full refund less 10% admin fee 2. 14 - 29 days before the event: 50% refund of ticket price 3. Less than 14 days before the event: Tickets are non-refundable. BUT: You have 2 Grace Options:Option 1: Ticket Transfer. Transfer your ticket to a friend/family member at no cost. Email us with new name by [48hrs before event].Option 2: Ticket Donation. Donate your ticket 1.4 Compassionate Exception: In cases of bereavement or hospitalisation, please send proof and we will issue a 100% refund or full credit for next year’s event.2. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY ORGANISER 1 Event Cancelled: If Limpopo Gospel Experience is cancelled, you will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price OR a 100% credit voucher for next year’s event. Your choice. 2. Event Postponed: Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement. 3. Line-up Changes: The spirit of the event remains. No refunds for artist/program changes, but we promise a Spirit-filled experience.3. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES 1.Weather: This is a rain-or-shine, all-weather event under cover. No refunds for weather. Bring your umbrella and faith! 2.Entry: No refunds for late arrival, ejection due to misconduct, or failure to meet venue requirements. 3. Service Fees: Computicket booking fees are non-refundable.

1.1 Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 1.2 By entering the parking area, you agree to follow instructions from parking marshals and security. 1.3 The Organiser, Venue, and Parking team accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings.

1. This is a family-friendly event. Children under 3 years enter free but must sit on a lap. 2. Children 3-12 years: R100 ticket. Proof of age may be required. 3. No alcohol will be sold/served to persons under 18. ID may be requested.

1. We are gathering to worship. Respect for God, artists, and fellow guests is required. 2. No fighting, foul language, smoking, or use of illegal substances inside the venue. 3. Security may search bags on entry. Prohibited items: weapons, glass, gazebos, professional cameras/video equipment without media pass. 4. Anyone causing disruption will be removed without refund.

1. Personal phones for photos/videos are welcome. No flash during worship. 2. Professional cameras, drones, and audio/video recording for commercial use is prohibited without written permission. 3. By entering, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional use by Limpopo Gospel Experience.
