Event Terms and Conditions

1. Admission and Participation
- Entry is permitted only to individuals aged 18 years and older. Valid ID may be required at the entrance.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
2. Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol will be served only to guests 18 years and older in accordance with South African law.
- Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or endangering others will result in removal from the event.
3. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping devices.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or in non-smoking zones. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
4. Health and Safety
- The organizer will provide basic safety measures including security personnel, first aid support, and clearly marked emergency exits.
- Attendees must follow all safety instructions from event staff and security personnel.
- Any injuries, suspicious behavior, or emergencies must be reported immediately to event staff.
5. Liability Waiver
- By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
- The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Attendees must not bring weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous items to the venue.
7. Photography and Media
- The event may be photographed or recorded. By entering the venue, attendees consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Right to Amend
- The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be communicated via official channels.
