Registration & Payment Your seat is only confirmed once payment (if applicable) and registration are completed. Limited seats are available and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Refund Policy All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying the organizers in advance.
Event Changes The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, time, venue, or content if necessary. Attendees will be informed of any changes.
Photography & Recording Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

Behaviour & Conduct The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner, without refund.
Late Arrival Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the session has started, to avoid disruptions.
Health & Safety Attendees attend at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
