Tickets: Adults R50, children R30. Each ticket allows one entry. Keep your ticket safe.
Refunds: No refunds for changing your mind or failing to attend. Cancellation or postponement arrangements will be communicated by organisers.
Children: Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Activities are subject to safety rules.
Behaviour: Fighting, theft, harassment, dangerous weapons and illegal substances are prohibited. Disorderly guests may be removed.
Security: Follow security instructions and take care of your belongings.
Photography: Event photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, subject to privacy and consent requirements.
Vendors: Stall fee is R350, subject to confirmation. Vendors must follow setup times, safety rules and cleanliness requirements.
Entertainment: The lineup and programme may change. Official updates will be announced by organisers.
Safety: Activities may be suspended due to bad weather or safety concerns.
Venue: Keep the venue clean, respect the community and avoid damaging property.
Compliance: All attendees and vendors must follow event rules and applicable South African laws.
